My name is Conor Murphy and I currently live in Santa Barbara. I have been coding since 2016, and working predominately in front-end technologies. I will be transfering from SBCC to the University of California Irvine in the fall.

I use codepen to test design or any features that I might want to include in a later design. This website is great to see your code as you are typing it. The website comes with several preprocessors and add-ins, like jquery and bootstrap, to make your code more fun and interactive.



Currently, I have only used CodeWars for Javascript algorithms but as I continue to learn, I will build my kata in other languages. My profile consists of the languages I have written in, my solutions for the challenges I have completed and my current rank.

CARDS IN GBOARD

Google Cards for mobile and desktop devices was the inspiration for this project. The cards make use of CSS Grids and designed for mobile and desktop screens. Done with: HTML, CSS, JS.

I created this website using a mockup found on Dribble. The wesbite is mobile responsive and normalized across all browswers. Done with: HTML, CSS, JS.

This mobile eCommerce website design was found on dribble. The mobile design includes a loading page, along with a working footer bar. Done with: HTML, CSS, JS.

FLASK WEBSITE

This project was created to pull software internships and jobs posted in the last 24 hours from a number of websites. Done with: Python, Flask, BeautifulSoup, Javascript, CSS and HTML.

NBA APP

This website utilizes a few of the NASA APIs. The pictures of Earth on the landing page are from the DSCOVR satelite that sits on the Lagrange point -- showing up-to-date pictures of our planet. Done with: React, Redux, HTML, CSS & JS.
